All our Wittco Drawer Warmers have a separate compartment for each drawer that is insulated from the other drawers in the same cabinet.

This means that when one drawer is open there is no loss of temperature in the other drawers, unlike other cabinets where the drawers share one cavity. This is a huge energy saver as well as helping keeping the food at the correct temperature.

Each self -closing drawer has its own thermostat and humidity control which also helps to reduce energy.

Eco friendly Ventless Fryers

Our Perfect Fry Ventless fryer has a very efficient built in air filter that is so effective that not only does it trap grease laden air and smells but it cleans the air to the extent that the air coming out of the unit is cleaner than the air going in.

These fryers do not need any extractor fans or canopies. The totally enclosed cabinet design reduces heat loss and energy usage.
